Ingredients
8 chicken thighs
vegetable oil
1 lemon, juiced
2 tabelspoons soul spice dry rub
a few sprigs of fresh thyme
2 tablespoons garlic
Method
1)Preheat oven to 180 for the chicken thighs.
2) Wash thighs with lemon juice and water. In a bowl, toss chicken thighs with vegetable oil,soul spice mix,thyme and garlic. Then leave in the fridge for 30 minutes to marinate.
3) Take the chicken thighs out of the fridge and fry in a pan with vegetable oil for about 5 to 10 minutes until both sides are brown. Then put on a baking tray and place in the oven for 15- 20 minutes.
4) Enjoy on it's own or with whatever you fancy :)
